Quote request form — privacy notice

What this notice covers

This notice explains how we process the personal data of people who fill in the quote request form on this website.

It does not cover the grievance and application data that organisations using the platform (municipalities, contractors, consultants, lenders) collect from their own communities. For that data the organisation is the data controller and the platform acts only as a processor; the organisation publishes its own notice for that relationship.

The Turkish version of this notice is the binding one. This translation is provided for information only.

Data controller

The controller of the personal data in the quote request form is the legal entity below.

What personal data we process

We process only the fields you fill in. Organisation name, contact person and email address are required; you can leave the rest blank.

• Organisation name
• Contact person's name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Project name (optional)
• The free text you write in the form (optional)
• Organisation type and the needs you select
• The language you filled the form in, and the time the request reached us

Your IP address

Your IP address is processed to stop the form being filled in by automated software and to limit excessive requests coming from one address.

It is not written to the quote request record and is not seen by the person who replies to you. It appears temporarily in server access logs.

Why we process it

Your data is used only for the purposes below.

• Replying to your request and preparing a quote for you
• Asking the questions needed to scope that quote
• Preventing the form being filled in by automated software

Legal basis

Your data is processed under Article 5(2) of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, on the grounds that it is directly related to the formation of a contract and that the controller has a legitimate interest.

You are not obliged to fill in the form. If you do not, we cannot prepare a quote for you; there is no other consequence.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data and we do not add you to any marketing list.

Two transfers happen so that the service can work:

• The security check on the form is provided by Cloudflare. The widget loads into your browser from Cloudflare, and during verification your IP address and verification token are sent to Cloudflare. Cloudflare is established outside Türkiye.
• When your request reaches us, its contents are sent as a notification email to our own sales address. That message passes through the servers of the email provider we use.

International transfer

Because of the security check, your IP address is transferred abroad. That transfer relies on the basis below.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for the period below and deleted at the end of it.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you may contact the controller to exercise the rights below.

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information about it if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly
• Know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, it has been transferred to
• Request correction if it is incomplete or incorrect
• Request erasure or destruction within the conditions of the Law
• Request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to the third parties it was transferred to
• Object to a result reached against you solely through automated analysis
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage because it was processed unlawfully
