Features and modules

The first list below describes what runs in a live tenant today. The second describes what has been designed but has not arrived — and which is which is stated plainly.

Available today

Grievance core

Records arrive through a web form and by email. Each one carries its category, the unit responsible and its status; who did what and when sits on the record itself.

Two record types, one system

Community complaints and reports from people working on the project do not mix in the same list. Internal records are private by default; who can see them follows the record type, not the user's memory.

Files and media

Images, audio and documents can be attached. Every file goes through a security scan; disallowed types and malicious content are rejected.

Notifications

Email notifications are configured per tenant: who is notified, on which event and with which template is the organisation's own decision.

Reporting and export

Basic reports on screen, the full data one click away. Export is self-service — no ticket, no waiting.

Audit trail and retention

Every write is recorded with the actor, the time, the channel and the before and after values. The organisation picks the retention period; six months before it ends the reminder goes to several administrators.

Identity and permissions

Users join by invitation. Permissions are granted per tenant: one person can hold access to several organisations, with different rights in each.

Your own subdomain

Each organisation has its own subdomain and theme. The data belongs to the tenant; the subdomain is a branded front door, not a separate store.

Demo tenant

Instead of a time-limited trial you get a demo filled with synthetic data. No trial is ever run on real citizen data.

On the roadmap — not available today

The rest of the worker channel

An anonymous internal reporting form, intake questions the organisation configures itself, conflict-of-interest rules, retaliation tracking and separate reporting.

New channels

WhatsApp and telephone intake, and QR-based participation in the field.

Mapping and impact analysis

Geographic distribution of complaints and assessment across the area of influence.

Additional modules

Biodiversity, CO₂, translation review and meeting-recording storage. They are designed as separate line items in pricing; no delivery date has been committed.
